Mum was told 'end of life' was 'a long long way away', two weeks later she died. This gave me false hope.:-(

Since the death of my mum in 2018 I have had bereavement support from sandy who helped me through so much, including my health issues without her I think I would still be really bad. Sandy has helped me to talk about my mum without crying I was really close to my mum due to my health I have epilepsy I even had a seizure in the hospice and everyone was amazing since that sandy rang me.

I was seen at home by a delightful physiotherapist who was kind, very thorough and treatment she gave helped tremendously top marks.

The service I received from Kacey was outstanding without the care and support she gave me before and after the death of my husband James I could not have got through it alone . She gave me the help to manage my life and enjoy what time we had and to grieve and remember good times . Every moment I spent talking with Kacey was invaluable I will treasure that and take so much from it .Everyone I met from the hospice from day one is worth their weight in gold . Thanks from the bottom of my heart for helping me carry on with my life with wonderful memories.
